    Default Armor Upgrade

    I'm playing with SS 6.3 with the Khwarezmian (year 1288).

    In Alamut i have build my first Heavy Armourer (Heavy Lamellar + Splint) but i can't upgrade the Royal Guard Cavalry armor even if in the text is written "Next Armor Upgrade: Heavy Lamellar". The upgrade is working on the other unit such as Armored Horsearchers (Splint) and Armored Spearmen (Heavy Lamellar).

    I can't understand the problem. I have to wait for some game event?

    So the text on the Imperial Guard is wrong. Since the armor upgrade is at level 19 and the heavy armourer can go up to 17.

    So the text on the Imperial Guard is wrong. Since the armor upgrade is at level 19 and the heavy armourer can go up to 17.
    If it's not upgraded at all, the next upgrade is 14. So you need the event TRANSITIONAL_ARMOR 1, I guess.
    IIRC, the armor upgrades on the unit info isn't text files, but rather generated by what number the next upgrade is. I.E., the text for the number itself is wrong, or the text on the armorer is wrong. Or it's working, but you haven't fulfilled the requirements.
