Currently there are no stone fort mods, unless you are not talking about Rozanov's Mod. But his forts also include the stone castles, fortresses and citadels and his mod is 2tpy, no more Castle Settlements (replaced by those "Castle" forts and many other different features. I am afraid you don't like some features. So then you have to make your own mod. I recently modded my game to include forts on my own favorite positions. Permanent Stone Forts of 7 models. But I can't release it because of the file size being very large and I have no permission to use other's works, (PKH castles from original Roz Mod actually). Use Geomod to achieve this. There will be a manual. Still you need experience to handle it properly. Through manual and exp. you will get your way through modding it. Also you can contact, Rozanov, Gigantus or Ishan who might help you in some way. () Good Luck, mate

....... The file size should not be large at all. To place permanent forts, you first have to go into the campaign and jot down the coordinates along with the region names and then type them in in descr_stat at the bottonm "regions" section

Even if you place 200 permanent forts the file size should still be at most 400KB

You can manually place stone forts. Although stone forts on battle map are enabled, you can still use Gigantus's Grail of the Seven Forts tutorial (sorry I do not have the link)

Go into campaign and press ~ key and type in "show_cursorstat" on the location you want your fort. Write down the coordinates along with the region name (settlement name) and then when you are done, go and edit the descr_stat. At the bottom of the descr_stat, there is a regions section, which there should be watchtowers (if you have enabled permanent watchtowers). Along the respective region type

fort "x coord" "y coord" "fort type"

Remember you cannot place forts on forests, rivers, mountains or directly next to settlements

minor point - the RozMod currently is still towns and castles, not just towns for settlements.
but still has the full range of forts (incl castles as forts.)

give it a try - see how it works and then play around to get what you want.

Yeah. Download his mod. Then copy settlement folder, blockset folder, and descr_strat and paste them into your 6.3 in appropriate directories. Then go to descr_campaign_db file. Find "Can_destroy_empty_fort bool = true". Make true to false.

Or if you like all of Roz's features, just install it properly.

I installed Rozanovs forts from his version 6 test module and it works perfectly.
