I think that I have played every mod released and the one thing that kinda anoys me is the troops who have combat bonuses for winter, but are running around half naked with no shirts on.Having these troops dressed for the proper elements would increase the realism factor for sure, what do you think?

It's all about bravado. As if to say "is this bothing you? it's not bothing me". So no, and this happened and still happens, mainly in sports.
