how can we make sprites

how can we make sprites, that's the question
i do have new units only i miss the sprites and the *.cas
where or how can i get them or make them find them.

There is an ingame sprite generator, but I don't know how to turn it on.

small question about Sprites.
There is a lot over Sprites, so i wanted to ask you, this ( who is reading for help).
i wanted to make a new Sprites of UNIT_HELLENIC_LIGHT_CAVALRY_Thrace and i placed this in Sprite_Script.txt file what do i have to write afther UNIT_HELLENIC_LIGHT_CAVALRY_Thrace ....... ............
what is the originel name.???? i used this=>
UNIT_HELLENIC_LIGHT_CAVALRY_Thrace greek cavalry
but it didn't work

But still i have the question how do i make a sprite of a horse
horse_medium let say for the thrace

is there someone who knows this for me to explain......
