In the 50s there was no dispute that we were a Christain nation was there? In fact we relished the very thought that we were all christains here for the most part and believed thats what made us great.Haha very funny... but in the 50's democrats were still a christian conservative party weren't they?
PS they certainly were not conservative. They were however the party of racists. But then again compared to todays democrats you could probably label them Neo Cons. Heck even today most of you from Europe still think the democrats here are conservative from your point of view.
