Thorolf was thus armed. Then Thorolf became so furious that he cast his shield on his back, and, grasping his halberd with both hands, bounded forward dealing cut and thrust on either side. Men sprang away from him both ways, but he slew many. Thus he cleared the way forward to earl Hring's standard, and then nothing could stop him. I must tell you here of some amusing tricks the Comte d'Eu played on us. I had made a sort of house for myself in which my knights and I used to eat, sitting so as to get the light from the door, which, as it happened, faced the Comte d'Eu's quarters. The count, who was a very ingenious fellow, had rigged up a miniature ballistic machine with which he could throw stones into my tent. He would watch us as we were having our meal, adjust his machine to suit the length of our table, and then let fly at us, breaking our pots and glasses.

Ok, either you be more specific (medieval? just bass? hard rock? what?) or I'll spread some more awful Norwegian music all over the place You have been warned by the most cruel method known to man!

Abit comical, but I love this "monty python" way of calibrating your own classical music for every kind of dramatic situation.

I just love this one. Armys march on the battle field with the calm drums, before the whole thing goes absolutly bad ass:

Again, classical music is lovely when seeing the enemy falling apart like a domino

    Kaiser1993,

I have just gone through the same thing although I have not added this music to the game itself. I play it on a seperate stereo so my computer is bogged down with several processes. Here is what I have found. The soundtracks for the following are fantastic for the game play:

    Classical Treasures (Movie Collection)
    13th Warrior
    Camelot
    King Arthur
    Elizabeth Golden Age
    Ben Hur
    300
Robin Hood (latest movie - Russell Crowe)
    Beowulf
Rambo (latest movie - old man Rambo)
    Braveheart
    Conan The Barbarian
    Kingdom of heaven
    Gladiator
    Troy
    Davinci code

    Van helsing
Song - "Ride of the Valkaryies"
Song - "O Fortuna" Carmina Burana
+ Quotes/snippets from various audio books "The Prince" Machiavelli; "Art of War" ; "33 strategies of War" etc...

I play with only the English but I highly recommend: King Arthur, Braveheart, Gladiator and Robin Hood (latest movie - Russell Crowe).

I will also use my play lists to keep time in between rounds to a minimum. When the play list ends, I hourglass to the next round.

FYI: I think DEUS LO VOLT is the best mod although the AI sucks on all of them.

    Cheers,

    Lord Fauntleroy
