    Sorry for my absence the last few days. I have been very sick with the flu, and my daughter, son-in-law and the kids all have it to. I am just not able to focus yet on anything. Hope to get back to it in a day or so as I feel better.

    Feel better soon.
    Get some apple cider vinegar ( natural ) ( fill to top ) and raw honey 2 tablespoons. The vinegar gos straight into the blood stream moving the honey, which is a natural antibiotic
    Put into a sports shaker. ( shake)
    Then when using it ( 2 teaspoons into water, juice, or any sports drink.
    To build immune system, applesauce, fruits and juices.
    I know this works, and just sip it, if your more ill.
    And of course lite soups ( chicken soup lolo) if you can keep down. It gives minerals, and iron, potassium.
