Autoborderless not working?

I set the game's resolution to my desktop's resolution and ticked widescreen ( My resolution is 1366x768 pixels ). Also I checked whether the AutoBorderless option is set to True, and the thing is not working, the bar keeps on popping up and there will be like a 10 seconds delay when I load the map after alt+tabbing, I badly need autoborderless mode, help?

EDIT: Never mind, this is most certainly strange indeed, I changed the campaign mode from late era to early era and it worked, but now the problem is that the toolbar just won't go away, obstructing my view, but I use Aston2 theme, which is an overhaul of the default xp theme

Turn off "bring dock/toolbar to front when mouse approaches" in the options menu for it. Failing that close it before you open the game, you can bring it back yourself after the game or it will reappear when you next start up your computer. I've ad this problem with a few games but not any TWs.

Btw i'm talking about windows 7, hope it still applys for you. Oh and you should really get rid of XP it makes windows 7 look like a perfectly well planned OS.
