Default How do you get screenshots in Rome: Total War?

What screenshotting tool/method/program do you use to get screenshots? If you use the built in Grab Screenshot feature, where is the game sending those screenshots? Because I've checked everywhere I would think they would go, and they don't. Alternatively, if you're using Irfanview(which is what I have now) to get screenshots, what button presses will actually get screenshots?

1st way: press PrntScreen and the game will save the picture in Rome/tgas. Convert these files to jpg or png or other.
2nd way: press Prnt Screen, then open Paint then press CTRL+V...
    3nd way: use Fraps
