    Default Changing Starting Settlements

I was wondering what I would have to do to change which settlements a faction has when the game starts. For example giving Russia a few more settlements at the start of the game, as opposed to just the 1. What would I have to edit??

Use Geo mod for that it will help save a lot of your time in such easy stuff.
Keep in mind to back up of the file in case u screw it up.

If u don't get it then we can do it the another lengthy way (also easy).

Find the facion entry for russia, then find the rebel regions you want as part of russia form the start of the game and cut/paste those into the russia faction section.

You will have to move the unit in those regions into the russia part or delete them or you will already have rebel troops in your new settlements.
