Which file has the descriptions of different levels of command/piety/loyalty etc.?

First of all, sorry if this is in the wrong section.

Can anyone point me to the file that holds the descriptions for these things? As in, the text pop up when you hover your mouse the command/piety/chivalry/dread/etc. area. For example, if you hover your mouse over a spy/assassins subterfuge, and he currently has 0 subterfuge, the pop up would say "So naive and innocent this one, he lacks the cunning to sneak up on even a corpse". Is there a file that has all of this text in it? I specifically am looking for the entry for the "magic" levels for witches, since i doubt I'll ever see them all in-game. Thanks in advance!

There are some entries like "{TMT_INFLUENCE_LEVEL_0}" change the sentences that follows.
