Help with Mundus Magnus 2

XP Home SP 2
An umodded version of RTW updated to 1.2
CPU: P4 2.4Ghz
RAM: 256mb of DDR RDRAM
Video card: Geforce MX440 64mb AGP 4x (updated to the latest drivers)

Problem-

Hello, I had this problem before with the orginal MM but someone on these forums gave me a patch that fixed it, so maybe there's a patch out there for MM 2 (I tried looking for one but couldn't find it). Anyway, on the campaign map when I scroll to the lower left corner of the map (south of Numidia) the tool bar that has my mini map and my end turn button and everything disapppears, my curser disappears too, I can still move and everything but all my stuff on my screen has disappeared. Also all the settlements in that area have dissapeared too, it just shows the terrain. Also when the fog of war is on (like if I haven't explored that area yet) the screen will get an orangish tint. This same thing happens when I go to the very north of the campaign map (above where Scythia starts and east of modern day Finland). Also sometimes on the battle map when I move to certain areas my units will disappear and so will my toolbar and advisor and everything, again it'll just show the terrain.

So can someone help me fix this?
