Need an artist for a local political Cartoon

I need some who is talented with Cartoons to Draw a cartoon based on a drawing I made, I am not an artist but the Cartoon is for Local Sub Division Politics. It would be a wonderful laugh for whoever can make this.

Well, I kinda can. Did some stuff at school and I often heard I got talent making caricatures of people, but I suck at drawing on computers nor own a scanner, and have little time these days.

But in Holland they had a show on TV showing how to learn drawing cartoons. its Dutch but they explain by drawing those little tricks to make something look right. So why not learn yourself? Its easy.

No its local Politics, something effecting only a few thousand people. Nothing National, local Paper stuff. I can come up with some nice stuff but I cant draw worth beans,
