Well i don't think this is secret: North, South, Central and Eastern european, then greek, steppe and middle-east.

I have updated OP with new Northern European button border (now steel and not gold) and Central European with new button background (changed the eagle which was too germanic, now it's more generic so fit as well for poland, bohemia etc).

Maube you should use some other eagle for the central base button since the current one is the german eagle of today's coat of arms.

So you will use the central stuff for Poland as well? Wouldn't the eastern fit them better or is it too "un-catholic" for them? And which of these is France going to get?

Well it isn't for me to answer you, i'm just the 2D art guy
One thing is sure i will put as much love in the eastern ui than in the central european one

EDIT: and France will use the Northern European one. And being french i can tell you it fits quite well
