    Default Bug?

Not entirely sure, but is this a bug for RTR? As you probably know, in RTW Vanilla, when you view a city on the battle map (when there is no battle) you will see civilians walking around minding their business.
Now, with the latest version of RTR, when you look at cities, you just see Velites and Hastati roaming the streets. Not like police patrols or occupation, but it seems that their models have replaced those of the people!
Yes, this isn't an important bug or whatever, I just wanna make sure if it IS a bug, or whether it was intentional. (Or am I the only one this is happening to >_>)
This "bug" also calls something to question:
Since all the troops in your army are men, then by going to the battle map you can see that your cities of thousands of people are populated by...men. So, how do they reproduce, for one, and second, what DOES go on in those cities....?

Oh, and I checked to see if this depended on the unit type. It doesn't. No matter what unit's in the city, everyone will be a Hastati or Velite....although I haven't tested this on other civilization's besides Rome....

Why is it that at least one of the Romans are wusses?

I don't know for sure, but I am 99.9% sure that this isn't a bug. In RTW, there are a limited number of "slots" for models, which means that there is a limit to the number of different units that you can have. In order to maximise the number of different units, I think that the RTR team have removed the civilians to free up some slots.

The Hastati and Velites will be there as replacements for the civilians, so that you can still zoom in to your settlements without causing a CTD.

This is not a bug. The peasants were causing CTDs and so they were replaced with soldiers. It has been this way since 6.1.
