Cannot locate save folder

Hi all, for some reason, I cannot locate the save folder for EB v1.1 with the 1.2 patch. I am running my computer on a Windows 7 Home Premium edition and my Rome: Total War is patched to version 1.5 before I installed EB and I cannot find the save folder. I can, however, save files when I play EB, which is a relief. I've searched everywhere and after an hour or two, I still can't locate it. I've installed Rome: Total War in Program Files and I installed EB directly in Rome: Total War. Please, if anyone can help me, I'd be extremely grateful!

1. So you mean you have EB v1.2? This has nothing to do with your problem, but if the game still says EB 1.1 then you've installed 1.2 in the wrong place. Check whether you have an EB folder inside your EB folder. If so, delete it and reinstall EB 1.2 to ...\Rome - Total War (and NOT to ...\Rome - Total War\EB).

2. the save game folder is ...\Rome - Total War\EB\saves.

If you are starting RTW without administrator-rights the files can be written to another place. Check C:\'USERNAME' and its folders for anything related to CA, RTW or EB.

You might also find them trough the integrated search of Windows if you search for the exact file name in the mentioned folder.
Better solution would be to install EB the next time outside Program Files.

This is quite strange because when I loaded the game up as Administrator, a saves folder magically appeared in the EB folder. None of my saved games show up when I run EB as a non-administrator from the saves folder in EB. I've looked repeatedly through My Documents and the users folder (with the only user name there) and I can't find a saves folder for the non-administrator side. I've even tried looking through the Windows folder, but I mean ... there's a bajillion files there and I don't know if I can be arsed to plow through every single one.

Edit: I have located the save files; after performing a thorough search of the C Drive, I found them located in the AppData Folder (which was hidden) in my User folder. Once I revealed hidden files, locating them was a breeze. Thanks a bunch XSamatan and Mediolanicus!
