    Default A question on rtr

    Hello i am thinking about downloading rtr but i want to know when i install it can i still play the orginal style rtw as in the orginal units and that will rtr be like a provincal campaign.

    No, RTR will replace the old units and campaign. A way to circumvent this is to make a Copy of your data folder (within the RTW directory), then install RTR. That way, if you get tired of RTR, you can just switch the data folders back to unmodded (known as vanilla RTW).

    I'm not very good at all this modding stuff what files should i actualy copy?

    the Data folder. C:programfiles/activision/rome: total war is where you go. Then you copy the folder marked simply, data. Put it somewhere else. Then you can install RTR.

    I see can you also do this with the SPQR mod because that looks realy good.
