How to Tax Nobles in BYG?

I'm using 6.3 SS with BYG and I keep losing money, according to the finance sheet none of the Nobels are contributing, even chaning the settlement taxes has no effect. Am I missing something? I been looking over the guides and see nothing, maybe I'm missing a command or something. Tho it is 2 am x.x

when you have the "restricted rights to knights", select one settlement and then the little icon for advice of recruitment, you will see the panel of Scutage Levied. This is the way to tax the nobility. Others ways are automatic such for the wealth tax or religious tax. Hope i remembered well!
