Hi, I reached a point in my game where I think the enemy really has me. The green romans have gone more or less unchecked, and now they have 12 stacks or so, which is far superior to my 7 stacks spread out across the entire map. Let's not mention the stacks in Spain and Britannia are horribly obsoletely, and one of the stacks near Scythia is more or less obsolete too (I can still use it, but I cannot replenish supplies because of the reforms).
Essentially, a whole bunch of challenges are coming crashing down on me now.
1) I can't replenish troops when I conquer a city, so I am basically stuck with the army I made for myself. I am winning battles 5-to-1 or better, and even still, the loses add up. One stack can really only be so effective for only so long.
2) The green roman player is in my face, and he has endless stacks of armies. It's insane. He was planning a mass take over from virtually all sides now.
3) It takes me 6 turns to make a new stack near my capital (the most useful place for it), which is just not fast enough. My funds can't really support creating 2 stacks at the same time, even though I have 40 cities.
There's one location that is really very, very bad:

I am pretty much screwed, no? Both those stacks are the only thing that's available. Believe it or not, there actually was 1 other FULL green stack in addition to those, but the bottom stack of mine already took it. The top stack still has to move this turn. Reinforcements are not going to happen.
And oh, you see that green town? That used to be mine.
I have one more stack in Rome, and I plan on taking out the cities there after having moped up a bunch of blue roman units in my provinces. That part should be easy.
Help?
