Need a team for mods

Hello guys!
I don't play many mods unless they are total revamps like the Third Age mod. So i would like to do/help with a Three kingdoms/dynasty warriors mod. I know a fair amount of the history so i could help that way, although i have 0 experience.
My next idea is a kind of world domination mod, where all the major countries/empires from every time zone will face off, so you could have the Roman Empire face of with the british empire. All factions will have the same troops from the medieval time zone but will have great figures as their generals, Rome will have Julius Caeser, Germany will have Hitler, France, Napoleon etc etc but of course they will have more than one and will have other famous heroes/villains as generals. The generals should not be able to die of old age if thats possible but can be killed in battle.
My third idea is a Star Wars mod although im not 100% sure how that will be done, maybe have islands that represent the different planets.

If your looking to start a mod or join a team. You'll need to learn some kind of modding. 2D art or Coding is a good start. Check out some tutorials.

No one will join a team with a leader who can't even mod though. Not usually that is.

The others could be good, but sincerly, the amount of work it represents is just inimaginable.

Weird? Sure go ahead say it , i just think it'd be quite cool to have say Hitler up against Napoleon or Achilles fighting against Lu Bu. Who would win Alexander or Julius Caesar. It would be pretty cool to see out of all the great empires and countries there have been who is the best. Would be nice to see if Rome could conquer America for example.
