I'd include the mechsuit fight from D9 but I can't find a Youtube video that does it justice.
Heat, is the first that comes to mind.

Once upon a time in the West (1968) - showdown between Charles Bronson and Henry Fonda. This scene always gives me goosebumps, especially because of the hanging scene.

For a few dollars more (1965) - Clint and Lee van Cleef vs Gian Maria Volonte. Classic.

The Good, the Bad and the Ugly (1966) - Clint vs Lee van Cleef vs Eli Wallach. Another classic.

Three anthological movies, one director - Sergio Leone and one composer - Ennio Morricone
The Mercenary (1968), directed by Sergio Corbucci, reminescent of Leone's pictures. Franco Nero and Tony Musante vs Jack Palance. Again, music composed by Morricone.
