Fixed formatting of Release Thread

OK, I've gone through the Release Thread and reformatted it to remove the double headers (this was caused by too many 'context boxes'.

I've removed all centering of text with the exception of the Credits. I guess that is personal choice but I find centralized text very hard to read.

For some reason the image for Legio X Gemina Pia does not appear - I did nothing to the image location.

With the Legio IIII units the description has 'IIII' but the image has 'IV'. I know that at one stage the Romans used IIII rather than IV.

I also attempted to 'tidy up' some of the text to make it a bit clearer - see the bits about sprites. Splitting it out into paragraphs makes it easier to read. Again - personal choice.

The renders were not redone when this was changed a while back, hence the discrepancies.

I did say last week that I would do it - it was simply a matter of finding time to to it.

@Marcus - study is more important.

With the IIII and IV - it may just be easier to change it in the thread (but I guess it doesn't really matter).

I closed the Release Thread earlier as it was just attracting spam and posts that should really be in the Tech Support area.
