For submissions to be considered valid, the entry must be accompanied with the unedited original screenshot in 'spoiler' tags.
If you did not take the original, you must give credit to the source.
Animated gifs, videos, and renders are not allowed and will not be considered valid submissions.

Yes, this image has been posted to participate in a competition
But I am the real author of this picture.

The explanation is simple: A member of the website PlaneteTotalWar.com, Paedric, I am also a member, has appropriated my screenshot that I posted on the site "PlaneteTotalWar".
He got my screenshots to participate in a competition.

I learned some time ago and I told him that I do not want him because he is someone I like and who did a good job in the team RSII.

Don't get me wrong, I don't want your picture not to take part, i just wondered and thought hey i have already seen this picture, and two times the same one is not allowed i think, however, if it was used in unedited screenshot of the week, and it is edited now, i think it technically is allowed...

I'm allowing Naxzul666's entry as it was entered into the UESW, not the POTW. It may have been a different story if it was used in the POTW again. However, this image will not be allowed to enter the UESW and POTW again as it will have been entered into both once once this vote goes up.

Legio always made on the spot decisions on certain submissions anyway.
