    Default Problem with EDU stats

    I have one problem I can't seem to figure out.

    My spiders, wolves, and a few of my drakes are considered elephants to the game but they use the wardog animations. It seems that units with axes can't kill them very well, if at all, as if they can't reach them or something. Also spears work too well. I assume it has to do with the unit radius and tusk radius but I can't figure it out. Any idea what could be causing this?

    The reason the spears work too well is most likely because of inherent vulnerabilities versus spears. Check that they don't have those in the EDU.

    As far as axes go, it's a toughie. Give to a working (say, spear) unit the axe animation, and see if they're able to kill them then.

    Most likely axe lack the animation required to attack them. I've had to fix similar in DLV.

    Melee attack anims come in hi, mid, lo and overhead types. Make sure your axemen have 'overhead' anim types set up for dealing with big stuff like cav, and 'lo' for dealing with small stuff like dogs.
