New faction without starting your game

Hello guys,is it possible to add new faction and not to start new game?

If you mean this "Is it possible to add new faction and not have to start a new campaign?"

Then I think the answer is no.

But then it depends partly on your standards, or the extent of your goal. For example, you can rename an existing faction without having to start a new campaign. So if that was all you wanted then the answer is 'yes, you can introduce a new faction during a campaign'.
