SS 6.3 / DLV ????
Am I tngs ithe only one who would like to see some sort of compilation? I know that the mods are two different things, but doesn't anyone else but me like the slow ' civiliization ' like build up with the RPG aspect combined? Anyone else feel the same?

Well RPG would be good if its implemented in TW totally.
I mean strat map is ok but there is no real deal RPG wise in battle maps.

Re: SS 6.3 / DLV ????
Sounds like an amazing idea, I actually went to DLV and checked it out just today after a hiatus with Medieval 2 (Which SS brought me back from) and checked out the latest version of this really cool submod theyve got combining a ton of mods they have and alot of other mods like Crimson Tide. They have some really amazing graphical stuff going on there along with the more roleplaying, youve got to focus on your generals traits and skills and all that jazz. Stainless Steel has by far the best campaign stuff, the strat map is amazing all the factions are great, but a merging of both mods ideas is almost too great of a thing to imagine, it would be hands down the best mod out there, better than the base games, better than most pc games. The amazingly great campaign of SS with the fantastic graphics and RPG system of DLV. Whew im gunna stop dreaming to avoid getting myself too excited xD

I doubt that would ever happen. The DLV guys have been reluctant to share their stuff with SS.

Theyre crazy then not to get in on this action
Well still, some graphical improvements and that auxileries and traits project in the submods section seems to be pretty great so while we can dream about a merger of ideas and/or resorces, who needs um?
