hi once again i cant play one if the amazing mods for RTW because of "failed to find steam" this is so bloody annoying does anyone know what to do ?????

p.s. ive read the FAQ but i couldnt find anything i would sooo love to do this to steam:

Why not do a search? There are plenty of threads with the same problem and they also contain a solution.

If you were to look at our FAQ thread, you would find this at Point 10

10) How can I play RTR with Steam?

1. Run the FoE installer like normal, changing the install path to xxxx/steam/steamapps/common/rome total war gold
2. Ignore the launcher and short-cut prompts, they won't work
3. Open Steam, right-click on Rome: Total War Gold in the My Games menu
4. Select Properties
5. Under the General tab select Set launch options ...
6. Type in -mod:FOE -show_err -nm without quotations and click OK
7. Launch Rome: Total War Gold by double-clicking it in the My Games menu
8. Select Barbarian Invasion from the two-choice list and Launch.

Assuming that you are using a mod-foldered modification, at Step 6 where it says -mod:FOE, if you are not using FOE, substitute the name of the mod you are using (for example, -mod:TIC, -mod:ExRM, -mod:RTRPE etc.
