    Default Problem with 0 turn campaign, with AI not building in their cities

    I played 2 campaigns with selucids : first i played a 1 turn campaign on medium/hard , then a 0 tun campaign on medium/medium because i was afraid of AI stack spawning, something that never happened .

    Campaign is always medium because on hard the only way to deal with AI factions is to destroy them and don't want to do that early in game.

    I think i played about same turns +/- 5 maybe and have the same cities. All regions in south are conquered + cyprus north, economy is good and i build something in all my cities, on 0 tun i can afford more armies but that is normal.

    Now i notice the problem : i use cheat to look at map and on 0 turn AI barely builds anything in their cities . I have paved roads on almost all my regions and they barely have any regions with dirt roads .
    Their cities are almost empty, i know they build something but that something is mostly barracks and the building required for city upgrade. And only a few rebel cities were taken .

    Now i look at my 1 tun campaign and see that their cities have a lot of buildings and only a few rebel regions are left. They do fight each other though, there are wars.

    I don't know what they are doing in 0 turn maybe they fight each other a lot but they forget about buildings and rebel cities.
    Maybe on 0 tun AI just prefers to recruit units because they are cheap and buildings too expensive for them.

    Anybody else notice this, is this normal ?

    its just spamming troops it has no reason to build anything meaning if it can make its best (bang for the buck) troops and its already at war when game starts why should it buildto try to get the expensive elites the increase (if any) in Autoresolve is probably (elites have smaller number) not worth it

    You really gotta play it on Hard campaign, the AI is much less impressive on Normal. I will keep an eye on what the AI's building in my campaign, I'll try to let you know if its "better" on h/h, pretty sure it is. What probably happens is that the AI builds and builds units until its out of money.
