    5% corruption tweak seems much better. I just didn't like the sudden increase in corruption for no apparent reason.

    Alright, thanks for the instructions. However, I still think you shouldn't combine campaign optimization and 2tpy tweaks in a single mod, if only for the sake of surveyability.

    By doing it in one, it makes sub-mods that modify descr_strat compatible.
    If the starting conditions modifications were separate from the 2TP mod, they'd be incompatible with anything that modifies descr_strat.
    Which is why for the next release, LLP for the early campaign will have its few modifications (only the ages of a few characters changed so that they come of age with LLP enabled) to descr_strat merged into 2TP. This halves the amount of descr_strat changes I have to do whenever I update descr_strat, and once again improves sub-mod compatibility.

    • Tweaking of Norway
      • Norway not having Oslo when LLP is enabled fixed
      • Norwegian diplomat moved slightly closer to Århus
      • Norwegian spy moved closer to Skara and Uppsala
      • Norway given 2 ships outside Oslo
      • Exp of Norwegian starting ships increased
      • Norwegian starting admirals given Sailor 1

    • Buffing of Crusader States
      • CS unit experience increased by 1
      • CS given a few more units at the start

    • LLP no longer modifies descr_strat (improves sub-mod compatibility)
    • Early Era Historically Accurate Starting Positions ownership changes implemented

    I have been getting crashes with 2PY every time I try to play this submod with BGR activated. Main info says this should be compatible with a wide range of submods so I'm wondering why this is the case.
    Tried seeing if anything else was causing conflict, but I don't think The 2.2 Fix pack or the Northern European Generals Fix would cause any problems, but I did try multiple combinations on a clean install with/without fixes & submods. End result was always a crash when BGR was also activated. Btw crash always happens I select a faction and the game is starting up, not when the actual game itself is starting up. Hope this can get fixed if its an actual problem to others, would like to play with more realistic turn/years and especially the devastation bug fixed

    I'll need your log if I'm to have any chance at fixing it.
    Edit: Campaigns with BGR enabled start fine for me.

    Attaching it since the txt is really long.
    Just checked the log myself, seems to be a lot of errors revolved around missing files, strangest thing is as I said is that this submod will work for me if I disable BGR.. well w/e hope this can be figured out.

    Hi Meneth

    I'm afraid I'm having the exact same problem with an Unspecified error on campaign startup.
    My logfile is exactly the same as 'Kommissar's above.

    I'm running Kingdoms patched to 1.5 and if I run without BYG's Grim Reailty it works fine.
    But I have noticed even then I get random textures missing, usually the buttons on the campaign screen then about five minutes later the game just hangs and I have to to cntrl alt del out of it.
    I've also tried your submods compendium with the 2tpy and the same thing happens

    I hope you can fix this as would very much like to play 2tpy rather than just 1tpy.

    it seems as though the missing textures/files are apparent in the base version of SS6.3 so the missing files have nothing to do with your mod/s.
    from what I remember of SS6x these error/s did not occur with the missing files.
    So it would seem that the fault is with SS6.3 at least as far as the texture problems (which I have figured what not to do while playing to avoid that problem so that's not a biggy).

    so Meneth just to make sure, the 2tp now includes the work from "historical starting positions in 1100" right?

    Yes, but only the ownership changes, not the region or settlement name changes, and not the proposed changes to region borders.

    Update: So I re-downloaded SS6.3 reinstalled it, latest 2.3 bugfix, and the 1.5 TPY. Still having crashes with BGR for the majority of factions Venice, England Denmark etc I all just tried. Got the Roman Empire to work, although upon starting the game me treasury was at over negative five million florins.

    That's...more than strange.
    BGR should be working with 2TP now.
    Could you give me your log? Might be able to find the cause then.

    Just to be precise when loading up the game from any faction besides the Roman Empire I get the Message "Medieval 2 Total War: Has Encountered an Unspecified fatal error.." And again I'm attaching a newly crated system.log, also attached a picture upon loading up the Roman Empire and that ridiculous -5,899,000 treasury.

    I can't really tell what's causing it, sorry.
    I tested again, it's still working with my local files, which are exactly the same as the Compilation files.

    I still can see LLP if I start regular Campaign (SS6.3).

    To get LLP with 2TP, you have to download the Compilation. Link in my signature.

    After I choose from 2TPY Campaign LLP + AI (either early or late campaign)
    game crushes after I click start in campaign menu

    well i dont know but i feel i did something wrong, this is how it went when i play early campaign 2TPY with savage AI, byg and permanent arrows, in select faction screen it appears that all the changes is available (Norway had Oslo, sicily had bari etc) but when i select for example Sicily i only have (palermo,syracuse and naples), i turned off BYG and it worked but somehow BYG generals ancillaries lost it explanation text and names and some units had "rome:total war peasent unit card"
