no it's not mod foldered in the conventional sense, and it is faster than EB when loading.

In my experience it's way, way faster than EB. Take that with a grain of salt though, my PC is a piece of crap.

It is Mod-foldered, but as dancing chicken dude says- not in the conventional sense. Each faction has its own mod-foldered campaign. All you need to do is make a copy of your rome total war folder and install it in there, then you can still play all your mod-foldered mods in the other folder.

EB didnt seem that slow to me, i think it was IB that slowed me down, but none of them really seem that slow.

I know with EB there was a version of the script that was 'optimized' which ran quicker than the original.

I think the RSII script does a far lot less than the EB one.
