Whats up with the AI stack spam?

Playing SS 6.1 H/H as Denmark, like 20 turns ago my nemisis Norway build a Fortress, now they have like 4 or 5 stacks with lots of feudal knights in it, its crazy, i have twice as many regions as norway yet i can barely afford my 2 stacks (no knights at all). M/M is easy H/H is very hard, Im okay with the AI getting bonuses, but this seems a bit over the top. Downloading 6.3 right now, i hope it will work better, but if i not i guess im gonna have to give up SS, wich would be a shame becouse besides stack spamming, i really like this mod.

Well... they can't spam stacks full of feudal knights in 6.3, thats for sure. But neither can you

hmm okay, sounds good. Can i ask what the difference is? less bonuses to the AI or something like that?
