to do this you must have large stone wall and cannon towers. so when you are on seige dont wait untill they attack you! take the battle to them and place your all infantry units on walls neaver leave your troops from the fort! then speed up time and watch!

When you are pro you can do this too: send your army out and take all siege equipments. I do this always when I cant win it with normal fight

While this is hilarious fun when the enemy consists of peasants and militia marching at your walls with ladders, it tends to fall down a bit when the enemy rolls up a battery of cannons and punches about 4 holes in the walls.

....or timurids with a full stack of Elephant Artillery, which destroy your huge stone walls as if they were made of legos, and then melt your troops like they were made of snow in a hot day.
