    Default Avoiding rebellions?

I'm playing as Austria and, man this is HARD! I conquered Brandenburg after Prussian declared war on me, but those guys keep revolting each turn, and I need to keep a huge army there just to keem the rebels at bay, now Galicia jooined the rebel problem. Is there any way I can avoid rebellions on my provinces?
    Thanks

Unfortunately the province will rebel until the resistance to foreign occupation goes down to limit the number of rebellions you have to face do:

1 have a good justice minister

2 rebuild all the buildings in the city and demolish the school

3 station dragoons in the city they have a police bonus

    4 exempt region from tax

    Exempt the reigon from tax.
I find that demolishing buildings makes it worse. I recommend keeping your army in the city if possible to deal with rebellions.

Repair the main building and the happiness building in town and either demolish the school or use a new town to make a brawdyhouse. Good justice ministers help, as do good head ministers i think. I would say that conquering any large city should be left for later, but given that Prussia is only large cities thats kind of difficult.
