    Two years back, the show Jericho was on the air here. I loved it's premise, it's characters and it's nail-biting cliffhangers. Then it stopped rather abruptly. The plot clearly hadn't fully unfolded yet. I looked on the internet about what the hell had happened and realized that the show had been cancelled because of ratings. This annoyed me greatly, because I had loved it.

    Now, recently, we had the series Flashforward here. A similairly interesting premise, brilliant cast and even more interesting plot. First season ended last week. A brilliant but inconclusive end, like it should be. Full with anticipation I awaited the start of the new season this week. But then I realized that it wasn't coming. Once again I looked on Wiki and once again I read that it had been cancelled because of low ratings.

    Whine here about any brilliant shows that got cancelled abruptly in your opinion.

    I met SUmmer Glau last weekend, she's extremely hot in real life but she's hotter on Firefly and Terminator.
    Sure I've been called a xenophobe, but the truth is Im not. I honestly feel that America is the best country and all other countries aren't as good. That used to be called patriotism.

    1. Firefly. 1 season... I don't like a lot of scifi series, but that one was good, and killed far too soon.

    2. The Jon Dore Television Show. I like the mockumentary style, the interviews, and the characters. It has a good mix of different humour styles. Much better than most comedy shows on TV.

    3. Clone High. I liked the absurdity, the references to teen shows, historical figures, and movie cliches.

    I don't watch a lot of TV, because there generally isn't anything good on. At least King of the Hill, South Park, Robot Chicken, and Futurama are still around, and they happen to play right next to eachother on the Comedy Network at the one time I watch TV.

    Jericho, with enough support well get season 3. We did it for 2, 3 doesn't seem hard at all. We just need'a send them more penuts and letters now.

    Rome was canceled due to the production costs being too expensive. Ya it was fantastic, but if they don't have the budget then they can't keep making high quality episodes.

    I felt exactly the same when I found out Jericho, and now Flashforward, were cancelled. It's just a damn shame.
