And does he need to be in a town to do so, or with a general that has a doctor type ancillary, or do I need to transfer the ancillary to him to speed up the process?..The -5 movement penalty is a real handicap....

They should really do something about this, it's probably my least favorite trait. Seems like I'm getting penalized for auto-resolving battles or something. I don't see it as cheating if you auto-resolve something you know you can win.
ah but after the severely wounded trait has gone you get battle scarred trait series which really add to the hitpoints
No, cool I didn't know that, I never see that trait. Thanks for sharing.
Here's the answer to the question ():
Code:;------------------------------------------ Trigger SeverelyWoundedDeterminedRemoveHealth WhenToTest PostBattle Condition Trait SeverelyWounded = 1 and Trait HaleAndHearty > 3 and BattleOdds <= 5 Affects HaleAndHearty -1 Chance 75 ;------------------------------------------ Trigger SevereWoundsHealedInWild WhenToTest CharacterTurnEnd Condition Trait SeverelyWounded = 1 and not EndedInSettlement Affects SeverelyWounded -1 Chance 50 ;------------------------------------------ Trigger SevereWoundsHealedInTown WhenToTest CharacterTurnEnd Condition Trait SeverelyWounded = 1 and EndedInSettlement Affects SeverelyWounded -1 Chance 90
The Enemy of Human Souls
Sat grieving at the cost of coals;
For Hell had been annexed of late,
And was a sovereign Southern State.
Could a kind soul please translate that piece of script into English? xD
I think it's nice that there is a trait like this .. battles are dangerous you knowAnd no, getting stabbed a hole in your gut does not help you drink more beer.
The game development business is one of bottomless greed, pitiless cruelty, venal treachery, rampant competition, low politics and boundless personal ambition. New game series are rising, and others are starting their long slide into obscurity and defeat.
You have 90% of chances that this trait gets healed if your general ends his turn in a settlement, and only 50% if he ends his turn outside a settlement
Edit : It's bad to not actualize a forum page for 40mn before posting... Very bad.
Teutonic Crusades Sub-mod for SS6.3
Many graphical enhancements to Teutonic Order and Lithuania factions
What is Battleodds <= 5 ?
I have gotten severely wounded trait in an auto-resolve that I had favorable odds on many times.
It's a punishment for not fighting the battles yourself!
Wow, this is actually a pretty informative thread! I never bothered to actually check for my generals and see when they lost the trait. Also, I didn't realize that it was the precursor to the Battle Scarred trait(s). Nice way to get Authority and Massive Hitpoint general....
I always wondered how my army, when outnumbering a force 3:1, still lost an autoresolve battle due to a general's bodyguard...
Cheating is not allowed!!!!
