once the last tier barracks are built they disappear from the roster also not available in Custom Battles.

Its the same with the Ptolemaic Machiamoi Hoplites and Archers. I don't why they aren't recruitable once 3rd and 4th tier barracks are built.

weird since the unit card says: Agrianians are elite assault troops man for man, the Agrianians may be the best light infantry in the world. basically i am forced to stop using them why may i ask?

I have no idea. It might be due to military reforms ie the Macedonians developed their army into something else and used other troops instead of the Agrianians and the Ptolemies may have stopped employing native Egyptian Machiamoi once they had developed a strong enough Greek force. Or maybe they just forgot to add those units in the EDB for the higher tier barracks. But only a team member can answer that...
