Game wont start

So, heres the problem. I have installed RS succesfully, and when I go to the start-up screen, I choose the factions and all that jazz. When I press Launch, it asks if I have chosen the faction I want. I click yes. Then the error screen comes up. Heres what it says:

You dont have Roma Surrectum II installed in the correct folder. (C:\Program Files\The Creative Assembly\Rome - Total War)

Engine: RomeTW.exe, Faction campaign: -mod:play_gallaeci

In total: 'RomeTW.exe -mod:play_gallaeci -show_err -nm -movie_cam'

And I checked, its there. So, what went wrong? Also, how on earth do I uninstall this, so I can try again?

Also, what is the install path of RS2? And is the launcher in the same folder?
