Russian or whatever language it is text as building names and descriptions

Hey I downloaded the versions which had everything in it, I believe I downloaded the English one as most things are in English text but all the buildings are in Russian except for what the building does so the name and description is in Russian. Is there something I can do to fix this or did I download the wrong version?

English translation is not complete. You should have seen that the "starting message" for every faction is still in Russian.

translation should be more polished in 1.4 as pretty much everything.

well, I've pretty much finished buildings descriptions, probably only long fluff desr are needed; not sure how many of them I will do before the release
