Why oh why Is this a problem. Half of all my generals got killed by a spy with one Fking subterfuge. Give me a way to stop them. In the meantime I will cheat my assassin and see if I can kill him

Use spies in your cities and armies.

No need to cheat on your assasins, they already have a rather good rate against agents I believe. Also, always keep spies and assasins on hand so that you can see them before they make their move. Sorry I don't have any better advice.

Yeah in about 4 turns 4 of my governers dropped dead in Italy, I think it was one each turn. It was rediculous. Someone has Terminator on the loose.

lol. Guys you need to do something about it not just leave it to chance. I have an assassin and a spy next to all my valuable generals. I also send my assassins after my enemy assassins which benefits their training. Remember your assassins are very powerful too. My newbie hitman took out a Macedonian Faction leader with 3%success rate. Send your own guys out there and do some killing of your own.
