Technical support forum help

Ok we need more people that can "work" in the technical support forum.
I know that Brusilov has spend huge amount's of hours in there and I did the same on the first couple of days.
Thing is we are getting spammed with questions and we need more people to help us solving all the problems.

Also when working in the technical forum try to help the oldest post at first so go back to the start and work your way up from there.
O and it would be good if every user posted in his own thread so that we could close all the ones that has been resolved.

Thanks. I'm feeling a little burnt out at the moment.

The other thing to do is ignore any CTDs that don't have a compressed save game. I updated the locked post that was asking for certain details with bug reports.

There are some frustrating install problems at the moment. The good news is that the one that's been going on for several days on XP appears to now work. The guy is going to post back with what they did.

I'm working on it but it's 10 pages.

I been trying to help with the experience i learned here.
So i will do what i can. If they have a problem I can't answer, tell them do load a save file, and post some screens for the tech. Also error reports and their system of computer and if they have steam or not.
