How do i set the campaign to 1-turn recruitment, or back again? tyyyyyyy

Basically all campaigns are 0-turn. If you want to play 1-turn, you can start the 1-turn campaign, which has its separate modfolder. But be advised, the game will be much different in many ways, because with 1-turn, obviously, all the factions are in 1 modfolder, instead of every faction having its own. One of these differences I believe is that there are no scripted Roman rebellions.
