    Default Loyalty

Let me just say I think I'm in love with RS2 and I'm pondering whether it's too early to pop the question.

So I started a roman campaign, and noticed the generals have this new trait, Loyalty, which apparently is always at 0.
I'm guessing it will activate after the Reforms or at the eve of the Civil War. Right?
If not, what is it for?

It is a 'remnant' of adding various BI files in order to get shadowing and re-emergence working. Loyalty was not included in RS2.

It's a relic of running on RTW 1.5 - i.e. the patch that brought RTW level with Barbarian Invasion. Loyalty is a system in BI, which had a rating like management, influence and command - which if you were playing as either half of the Roman Empire (East or West), was significant, as disloyal generals/governors and their armies/cities would rebel and form a Eastern/Western Roman Rebels faction. Suffice to say, RSII was too far along in development by the time someone suggest we integrate it, despite it (in my opinion) being a really good idea...
