Activating Bloom Problem.

EDIT: I fixed the problem with the "Script Error" and I've found the preference text, and the "12" popping up doesn't seem to do anything other than annoy me. But it still won't let me activate bloom, it says the file could not be found.

Have you checked the known issiues thread a dev put up my way of fixing your problem
