Savegame won't load after reinstall?

Reinstalled the medieval 2 + kingdoms and SS 6.3 after I keep having crashes constantly to the point where I just couldn't advance anywhere without crashing. I backed up my savegames but now after I reinstalled everything it won't let me load them

Nope. I just went ahead and started a new game and I am almost where I left off though so no big deal really. I was simply a lot richer in my last game since I played more passively now I am playing aggressively.
