Provincial campaign???

I dled this mod today, installed, went to single player and it only showed provincial campaign, custom battles, historical battles. No main campaign. The so called provincial campaign consists of only six factions, and the central part of Middle-earth (around Gondor and Mordor). Is there a larger campaign? My version is The New Shadow 2.6.

Why is it called "provinvial"? And which one has elves and dwarfs?

Because your fighting over Provinces? Elves and Dwarfs are availible in Custom battle. Next version will feature the aforementioned factions.

Provincial campaign is any campaign that does not use the "barbarian_invasion" (or the "imperial_campaign" for RTW) slot. It's not really important actually.

Dwarves and Elves are not yet in campaign; it's all in the "Info" thread.
