Force Diplomacy?

Does anyone have access to one of these for RSII, or know an easy method of creating one?
I enjoy playing on H/VH quite a bit, I would just enjoy it very more if enemies acknowledged and abided by ceasefires for more than...0 turns.

It's already in RSII. Just press "?" when you're engaging diplomacy and then "show me how" once the advisor pops out.

Oh and you can engage with assassins and spies too, with your diplomats... just so you know.
