Unable to install correctly, please help

Hey, I installed the mod making renaming the teutonic folder the second time and the first time I deleted it. Both times the game won't start and I get an error message saying kingdoms cannot start. The installation instructions are confusing, it talks of some folder that ends up going to your desktop I get none of that. Are you supposed to install the mod first, then the music sound files and then the hot fix? I don't get it, I just wanna get this damn mod to work.

did you download all 1.01, 1.02, 1.03? you must install 1.01=>1.02=>1.03 it will work and you must install in the right folder (i dont remember but some of it wrong)

Where can I DL 1.01 and 1.02?
