As you should know by now tone has made some pretty awsome legion skins, and pacco and leif the sheild skins. However you may not know that they also made a rebel version of each legion for about 2/3rds of them. I thought it was a shame to hardly ever see these skins so i switched the roman versions for the rebel versions. So as the roman player you recurite, and fight with the rebel versions. This also changes the unit cards, and unit info pics to the rebel version.
here is an example of Legio III Flavia Felix
Spoiler Alert, click show to read:
the defualt roman version
and the rebel version
If you have played the roman campaign(on 0-turn) you should have had the cupa rebellion in the early stages and come up against the rebel version of the allied polybians. I personally like them better than the default white ones and so changed these aswell
if you don't recall what they look like here is the triarii, allied cohort and velites
To install the mod extract the file to its own folder. It should in the folder there should be 2 folders "orginal" and "switched". Go into the switched folder and there should be 2 folders data, and Play_Rome. You then want to copy these to folders to where you have installed your Roma Surrectum II. Paste it and when it asks to overide any files click yes, and your done. To uninstall you do the exact same thing as how you installed just you go into the "orginal" folder

Thanks guys, it is save game compatible, and the skins are amazing, not saying that the originals weren't.
Wundwolf: I believe you can swap individual skins, for any legion you want, so long as it is placed in the correct place. Meaning you would probably get a query asking if you wanted to replace the original, if you don't get a query like that, it is probably not in the right place. But if you look at the folder the new skin is in, you will be able to find the original in the same folder, in the main RTW/RS2.0 folder. Make sure to change it in all campaign folders, and the main data folder.
Sorry if that is way to lengthy a response, i got carried away.
I took a look at the contents of this submod myself and I saw that its primarly based on changing a txt called descr_model_battle, in which RSII is told which skin to use.
EDIT: I changed everything according to my taste. Thanks to the makers of these great skins and sithlord447 for inspiration.
Sorry for my crappy english... I hope this makes sense somehow...
