    Default Cannot Save

I've been playing for awhile and I wanted to save and quit. Unfortunately, the save button on the menu is grayed out. This is the second game in a row where I've gotten a large amount done before noticing this and I figured it was simply an issue for the last game.

    So, I'm using:
    - Windows XP

    - Rome BI/Alex

    - No steam.

    - C:\Program Files\Activision\Rome - Total War

    - I'm playing as Rome with light bloom effects on.

I seriously can't figure out what the issue is. Windows XP doesn't have UAC so it isn't that. Its just not allowing me to save for some reason.

    Hi
Do you go to the next turn?
I hit my ESC, and it brings the whole thing up.
In perf, in your campaign folder what does your auto save say?
That should be there. from the last time i looked.
    Try that.

The only save is from my first turn. Going further doesn't fix the issue.

This is important as it affects the whole campaign experience.

    Three points to remember.

    1) Always make sure the script runs when you start the campaign. When you start the campaign first time it should autoactivate and add one denarius to your treasury.

    2) Each time you reload the campaign (or if it doesn't autoactivate the first time), click on a settlement then on the face of the advisor that pops up. Again you'll see one denarius added to your treasury.

    3) If you decide to switch campaigns to a different one, you must exit the whole game (not just the campaign) and relaunch otherwise the script won't run.

If it was me, check all your options, and to hit your city to start the script.
If that doesn't work we will try something else.
