"Please select an item from the list"
I keep getting this message when I try to start a new campaign, which I've tried to do with several factions with the same outcome. My install is patched properly (Rome 1.5, BI 1.6, ALX 1.9), it's clean, I've deleted the map.rmw file, and I've run everything as administrator. I don't know what else to do.
Everything worked fine for me last night, but not today

Typical for not having a "clean" folder though.

It was number 2. Thanks for pointing me in the right way.
Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm going to go to Sparta and throw myself into the blasphemer well for not paying more attention the first time I checked that thread for a solution...

No proboems - I did the same thing myself a while ago. It did mean that we changed the text on the bottom on the screen.It was number 2. Thanks for pointing me in the right way.
There was no way to make it more obvious than that.
When I installed the game the other day I did the same thing and had to think for a while before I remembered the solution.
Which is the reason for the post.
